Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Please contact and discuss with us first to 1. Check availability of our space as per your required date, 2. Confirm attendee numbers, 3. Confirmed date and time, 4. Obtain the total price and what is included there, 5. Discuss if you have any special requirements, and 6. Inform any other matters which we need to know prior to confirm the booking. Notes: A.Once your booking date, time and other details are confirmed by us and agreed by you, an invoice of the total fee will be sent for your immediate payment to our bank account. B. After payment, if you want to cancel the booking, a cancellation fee of the 50% of the total fee will be applied. C. After booking is confirmed if you want to reschedule your booking please discuss with us at least 3 days before, but the availability of your rescheduled date and time are subject to availability and not guaranteed. D. Our standard maximum number of attendee is 7, however, a larger group can be accommodated subject to the attendee number and nature of the group, and for this larger Group we need to assess and confirm a specific price for the event, which will be different than our standard 7 person group event.
